What is a chocolate fountain?

It is a 5 tiered 44 inch tall chocolate fondue fountain at its full height. The base of the fountain houses a heating element where a reservoir of 10kg of chocolate is gently warmed up. Once melted, the warm chocolate is drawn up through the centre to the top of the fountain where it then cascades over the tiers and down into the base, completely covering the 5 tiers and creating sheets of warm flowing chocolate, ready to dip into.

Will a chocolate fountain be suitable for my event?

Yes! A chocolate fountain is the latest must-have centrepiece. As long as your event is indoors (marquee acceptable), a chocolate fountain will be suitable. We cater for bridal/baby showers, parties, weddings, graduation balls & corporate events/exhibitions etc.

Do you use oil in the chocolate fountain?

NO we never use oil in our chocolate fountains, we only use the finest Belgian chocolate for our customers, some other “cheaper” companies will use oil and the reason they do this is to thin the chocolate and to cut down on their costs.

What kind of chocolate do you use?

Sweetest Creations only use the finest Belgian chocolate. We guarantee that the chocolate will not have been used at any previous event.

Does the chocolate contain nuts/peanuts or traces of nuts/peanuts?

Due to the nature of a chocolate fountain and its dips, we unfortunately cannot guarantee, state or imply that it is nut/peanut free as it may also be stored where nuts /peanuts are kept. Sorry.

What will I need to supply?

The machine and chocolate will weigh approx 50kg. We will therefore require a sturdy table (preferably 4′ or 5′ round table) with table linen. We will also require 2 x 13amp domestic electrical sockets within 5 feet of the fountain.

How long will the chocolate fountain last?

The running time will last 3 hours excluding set up time. Throughout your event we will continue to top up the fountain to ensure a smooth flow during your event. We will be at the venue 2 hours prior to your event to enable us to set up the machinery chocolate and dips.

What is required for the candy cart?

The dimensions of the candy cart is approx 3ft wide x 5ft length x 6ft 6ins height with roof. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure there is safe and realistic access for the candy cart at your venue. Parking must be as close as possible to the entrance. Outside events are possible but suitable flooring and shelter is required.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A £50 non-refundable deposit is payable to secure any booking with the balance payable at least 30 days prior to the date of the event.

How soon do I need to book?

We would recommend you book the Chocolate Fountain Fruit Palm Tree and Candy Cart for your event as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. You can book as far in advance as required. We are now also taking bookings for 2017 and 2018.
